Rhythm & Blues Release Week

Whew! It’s been a busy week. I visited several blogs for the release of Rhythm & Blues, and I’ve had several nice reviews.

Monday: At Joyfully Jay, I talked about my inspiration for Rhythm & Blues and the other novellas I have in the works and offered a brief exclusive excerpt.

Tuesday: For The Novel Approach, I wrote about working with the amazing AngstyG to create the gorgeous cover art for the novellas.

Thursday: At Love Bytes, I featured the two celebrities who inspired Pate and Ace, the main characters in the novella.

Saturday: For my Outside the Margins post at Prism Book Alliance, I gave a tongue-in-cheek overview of the self-publishing process.

I’ve also been grateful to receive a number of good reviews so far. 🙂

Joyfully Jay: “Two engaging, lovely characters, a miscommunication that is resolved quickly and believably, sweeping romance, and an all around feel good tale.”

Scattered Thoughts and Rogue Words: “If you like sweet MM romances with a slow burn that ultimately leads to some smoking hot times, this one is for you.”

Hearts on Fire Reviews: “I liked that Pate realizes he loves dance but is firmly grounded in reality. That reality includes the renovation of the building for his dance studio.”

Three Books Over the Rainbow: “I believe the writer’s aim was to entertain and give the reader an enjoyable hour in fantasy land. She perfectly succeeded.”

Just Love Romance: “While the attraction between Pate and Ace was palpable from the beginning, I liked that they both focused on the project at hand and got to know each other before taking things further.”

Love Bytes: “I highly recommend you check this out, if like me you just need some good ol’ lovin to pick you up.”

Oh My Shelves: “This was a really light and sweet read from a new to me author.”

Huge thanks to everyone who’s bought Rhythm & Blues, and happy reading!
